Beta Theta’s 16th Annual Mardi Gras Celebration is back!  The members of Beta Theta are preparing to hold their signature, costumed event on Saturday, February 18th at the Clermont Performing Arts Center.

Beta Theta ESA was chartered in 1979 and has since worked in service and support of the community. “It is because of the support of local businesses, organizations and community leaders that we have been able to give back to our community, says Michelle Delaney, Beta Theta President.  “With the support of individuals, businesses and organizations such as the Kiwanis Club of Clermont, the south Lake Community is a better place”.

Beta Theta has been able to provide local High School scholarships to students graduating from East Ridge, Lake Minneola and South Lake High Schools, as well as  South Lake Hospital nursing scholarships. With the help of those in the community, below are just a few of the other projects Beta Theta has donated to:

  • The Neighborhood Center of South Lake, Teachers Appreciation Breakfast, South Lake Animal League, Wreaths Across America, Building Blocks Ministries, Hospice of Lake and Sumter, Cooper Memorial Library
