Curaleaf Clermont Dispensary, opened its doors at 1900 South Highway 27 on Friday, February 3rd. The grand opening was kicked off with a ribbon cutting sponsored by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Florida State Statute requires several minimum qualifications to become a medical marijuana patient in the State of Florida.
 
A patient must be a resident of Florida for at least 31 days per year to qualify for a Medical Marijuana License (MML). 
 
A patient must also obtain a recommendation from a qualified medical cannabis physician that is certified as such by the Florida Department of Health. 
 
Qualifying conditions include Cancer, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, HIV/ AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or any terminally diagnosed condition.
