The Annual Leesburg Florida Stake (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints)
Pinewood Derby was recently held with Youth from Lake Minneola, Clermont, Leesburg, Eustis, Sorrento, Apopka, and Sumterville participating in the competition.
From a block of wood, four plastic wheels, and four nails, the youth produced a vehicle that can reach 20 miles per hour.
Cars are raced using only gravity to speed them along.
