Mascotte Police Department (MPD) invited the community to enjoy a coffee and friendly conversation with the MPD.

Linda Johnson of the Rainbow Restaurant in Mascotte welcomed the MPD and local residents to the Coffee with a Cop event.  Officer Kenia Abreu, Chief Eric Pedersen and members of the MPD had an opportunity to connect with community members.  Most of the MPD dropped by to check in with neighbors as well. 

Visitors shared time with the police officers and other local officials.  Representing the City was city manager Annamarie Reno.  Pam Jones, Community Relations Representative for representative Daniel Webster was also on hand. Former Mayor Barbara Krull announced the upcoming chili cook-off at The Mascotte Church (15 N. Bay Lake Road) on April 15 from 12-3.

This event was a great opportunity to meet one-on-one with local officials and officers.
