The Salt Shack has recently signed a long-term lease and will be taking the restaurant space at the location formerly known as Lilly’s on the Lake (located on Lake Minneola at 846 W Osceola St, Clermont).
The building has been gutted, is being brought up to code, and will open as The Salt Shack, a Caribbean-themed, fine-dining restaurant.

Review of SALT SHACK ON THE BAY
Salt Shack On the Bay is a casual beachfront bar where family and friends gather to celebrate good food, good views, and good company. Freshly-caught fish is complemented by signature cocktails, cold beer, and gorgeous sunsets. It’s everything the Beachcomber looks for.
The Food is good AND the place has Good Vibrations.
Can’t Wait for the Salt Shake to open.
