Macy’s Department Store is coming to the Winter Garden Village in the space being vacated by Bed Bath & Beyond located at 3215 Daniels Road.
Chocolate Factory Coming to Groveland – Behr’s Chocolates has plans to renovate and expand an existing 58,000-square-foot building on a 30-acre site located at 21005 Obrien Road between the Florida Turnpike and U.S. 27 on the northern edge of Groveland.

Don’t Lose Hope – Costco Wholesale Warehouse, a membership-only warehouse club that offers a wide range of products at discounted prices, will open in late 2023. The site is located on 20-acres located on State Road 50 north of Magnolia Pointe-Clermont, across from Headquarters Honda and Headquarters Mazda.
Floor & Decor, offering the broadest in-stock selection of tile, wood, stone, related tools and flooring accessories, is open. It’s located at 4800 Collina Ter., Clermont in the Bella Collina Shopping Center.
COMING – “Bojangles”, a fast-food chicken chain, will be opening at the corner of Hwy 50 and Plaza Collina Blvd. The restaurant will be part of the Plaza Collina Shopping Center in Clermont.
