The recipient of the Ann Dupee Gem of the Hills Community Service Award is Stephanie Walter, owner of Stephanie Walters Promotions. Stephanie is known for her kind heart and passion for serving others. She is a true asset to the community and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
Stephanie is a dedicated member of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce Teacher Appreciation and Taste of South Lake Committees. She has been volunteering her time for several years to celebrate the local teachers in the Lake County Schools and promotes the businesses in South Lake.
She provides all types of promotional items that schools use, including the shirts worn by teachers at the 33rd Annual Teacher Appreciation Breakfast recently held on Monday and Tuesday, August 7-8.
Leesa Hodges, former chair and current member of the SLCC Taste of South Lake Committee, member of the Teacher Appreciation Committee and employee of The Hauff Company presented the award.
