Superior Residences of Clermont, 1600 Hunt Trace Boulevard, held a Bingo Fundraiser on August 17th to support the fight to end Alzheimer’s Disease.
The fundraiser included bingo, raffle drawings for gift baskets donated by the residents, staff, and friends in the community, as well as a 50/50 drawing. Snacks and cold beverages were also available for purchase.
All proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association – Walk with Us event held on October 7th at The Villages. The Rotary Club of the Villages will be hosting the event located at The Villages Polo Club, 700 Buena Vista Boulevard. Registration begins at 8 AM with a ceremony to kick off the walk at 9 am.
Superior Residences of Clermont made a good dent in their goal of raising $2,000.00 towards the event. The Bingo & Beer Fundraiser netted nearly $1,300.00 with the help of approximately sixty people participating in the fun evening.
