On Saturday, August 26, Villa Pass, Maronda Homes celebrated the grand opening of two of their new model homes. The event was held at 4996 Lyric Dr., Mascotte.
Members of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce officiated at the Ribbon Cutting.
Villa Pass is a single-family home community in Mascotte offering 1,500 to just under 3,000 square feet, single and double-story homes with various floor plans to choose from.
