On Saturday, Sept 24, The City of Clermont and the South Lake Chamber of Commerce hosted the fifth, fun-filled Sips & Salsa Festival at Waterfront Park.

Food trucks offered an assortment of cultural cuisine: tacos, empanadas, quesadillas as well as the American hamburger, Bar-B-Q, ice cream washed down with a signature margarita, craft beer, and/or non-alcoholic beverages.
Pat Caracciolo, owner of Pat The Dog, did the judging of the Fido Fiesta doggie contest. Not only guests but their pets enjoyed the event.

Latin Bands and Artists entertained throughout the event while family, friends and neighbors danced to the Latina rhythm.

There were at least 10,000 attendees and lots of vendors.  Parking was, as always, an issue. It might be time for the city to consider a parking garage and more handicap parking spaces.
