Salt Shack, located on the shores of Lake Minneola at 846 West Osceola Street, Clermont, is closer to opening. The 6,669-square-foot building has been totally remodeled. The owner has a successful waterfront restaurant in Tampa and hopes to use the full potential of the current property for outdoor dining with Island music. The Salt Shack is now hiring! Johnson Village Marketplace is expected to open by the end of October. It is located at 550 West Avenue at the northwest corner of Minneola Avenue and West Avenue.
Staybridge Suites-Clermont will occupy more than 5,000 square feet of total floor space in the Shoppes at Hammock Ridge. The Shoppes at Hammock Ridge is located on the southwest corner of Hammock Ridge Road and the US-27 intersection. The four-story hotel with associated parking will include 100 rooms and other hotel amenities.

Portillo’s – Clermont:
Construction is moving along rapidly on the building, located on Highway 50, just half a mile east of the US27/Highway 50 intersection (Next to the Ford Dealership). The 7,700 square-foot restaurant will have seating for 170 guests inside and an additional 50 on the outdoor patio as well as double drive-thru lanes to serve guests.
