Costco Wholesale Warehouse officially opens on November 14. The Warehouse is located on a 20-acre site located on State Road 50 north of Magnolia Pointe-Clermont, next to the Hyundai Dealership.
Costco is a membership-only warehouse club that offers a wide range of products at discounted prices, including groceries, electronics, home goods, appliances, a service center and gas station. The gas station is already open for business.
Bojangles is just about to open and now hiring. “Bojangles”, a fast-food chicken chain, is located at the corner of Hwy 50 and Plaza Collina Blvd in the Plaza Collina Shopping Center in Clermont (in front of Costco).
The Cross Ridge Exchange, located just south of Clermont Landing between Wal-Mart Supercenter and BJ’s Wholesale, features 500ft of frontage on Highway 27, with direct access, and additional access from both Cross Ridge Road and shared access from BJs Wholesale. Some of the shops expected in the center include Josies Pizza and Wings, Brooklyn Water Bagel, Pokemoto Hawaiian Poke, Broken Egg Cafe, Honey Baked Ham Co. and MORE!
Jeff’s Bagel Run has a new shop in Clermont. The 1200 square foot space is located at 16530 Fl 50. It’s expected to open in late 2023. There are two stores already open in Ocoee and College Park.
