Clermont National, 2601 Diamond Club Drive, Clermont, officially opened its new driving range and restaurant, “The View” and outside patio, known as “Top of the Hill” on Friday, November 3.
The South Lake Chamber of Commerce participated in the celebration by hosting a ribbon cutting.
The golf facility has received a fresh facelift with an added lounge and a large outdoor dining area that overlooks the golf course to its east. The View includes a beautiful skyline that includes the West Orange County area from the shores of Lake Apopka, south to the Walt Disney World complex and beyond. The restaurant includes lunch and supper menus, as well as buffet-style selections.

The new lounge includes large, wall-mounted television sets, comfortable couch-style seating with ample room for mingling, and a convenient outside bar window perfect for outdoor entertainment preferences. The lounge takes the place of the former pro shop that has now been relocated to its stand-alone building near the driving range. The new pro shop is slated to open later this fall.

The new driving range offers state-of-the-art technology that includes the ability to track and analyze your shots with Toptracer technology, and improve your swing with real-time feedback, and data analysis. Practice like the pros with simulated play on iconic golf courses along with interactive games and challenges. Club rental is available, or you may bring your own. The range accommodates any skill-level golf enthusiast, from beginner to pro.

Clermont National is open daily from 9:30 am through 10:30 pm. Special event booking is available, as well. Visit clermontnational.com for a full list of restaurant menu options, special events, driving range information, and more.
