Hammer & Company Barbershop, 1600 Hancock Road, Clermont, celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, December 6th.
Conveniently located at the intersection of Hancock Road and State Road-50, the barbershop offers a unique setting complete with Craftsman toolbox décor at the workstations and large, flatscreen televisions for entertainment while getting your haircut.
The barbershop also sports a separate sitting lounge with refreshments, cold drinks, a large television, and chaise lounge chairs for your waiting comfort. The work area has several styling stations, comfortable seating, and modern decorations that give a vintage touch to the barbershop. “Chill vibes with fresh cuts” is the business motto, on the company’s Facebook page. “We can’t contain our excitement about serving the community and making some new waves,” declares the November 8th announcement of its doors opening.
The Clermont location is the second location for Hammer & Company with the first barbershop opening for business at a Davenport location in 2018. Five Star reviews are plentiful for the privately owned and operated barbershop that serves all ages. Discounts are offered to military and first responder personnel, as well. Hammer & Company is open six days a week while closed on Sundays.
