Jay is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing approximately 11 pounds. He came to us several years ago and was so scared that he was not adoptable. He is now socialized and ready for his forever home. We cannot put a leash on him yet, so he does need a home with a fenced-in yard. He is learning to tolerate a harness, for short periods.  He also does not like to be picked up and can be a shy guy at times.  He is a climber and will scale the gates.  He gets along well with the other dogs but has not been cat or child-tested. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations and microchip. He is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention. If you will give him a chance, he will blossom into a lovable, loyal companion.
