The South Lake foodies are watching construction at The Cross Ridge Exchange, located just south of Clermont Landing between Wal-Mart Supercenter and BJ’s Wholesale. The site features 500ft of frontage on Highway 27, with direct access, and additional access from both Cross Ridge Road and shared access from BJs Wholesale.
