It is the goal of the Clermont Woman’s Club to help and encourage women to further their education in both traditional and non-traditional careers.
 President Helen Cooney and Scholarship Chairman Carol Spaldi have announced CWC’s $1,500.00 scholarships available to a female student who has displayed academic skills, leadership qualities and participation in school and community.  These scholarships are offered to the three South Lake High Schools: South Lake, Lake Minneola, and East Ridge.  For further details, visit our website at and view Scholarships.  Students may also obtain the guidelines and applications from their guidance counselors. The submission deadline is April 8, 2024.
CWC is also offering two $750.00 scholarships to women pursuing non-traditional careers or re-entering the workforce by studying at Lake Technical College in Eustis.  Applications are also available on our website or from the Lake Tech Financial Aid Office.
The Clermont Woman’s Club meets the first Tuesday of each month (September through May) at 12:30 pm at their clubhouse 655 W. Broome St. Clermont.  For information see
