Blackwater Creek Bluegrass Band returns to Cooper Memorial Library! The Friends of the Cooper Memorial Library sponsors this free musical entertainment.  All seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Cooper Book Club  Tuesday, April 16 | 5 – 7 P.M.

 

The Cooper Book Club takes place on the third Tuesday of each month. On April 16, we’ll discuss One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Márquez.

FOL Movie Club: “Evita” – Monday, April 22 | 1:45 – 5 P.M.

 

 

The Friends of the Library Movie Club presents “Evita” (1996). Madonna stars in this adaptation of the Andrew Lloyd Webber/Tim Rice musical based on the life of Eva Peron, the popular and beloved wife of Argentine President Juan Peron. 

Cooper Concert Series: The Paul DeRitter Trio – Tuesday, April 23 | 5 – 6 P.M.

 

The Paul DeRitter Trio will return to the Cooper Memorial Library to present their version of classic jazz standards. The Friends of the Cooper Memorial Library sponsors this free musical entertainment. 

All seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Author Workshop: Jack Castle Thursday, April 25 | 4:30 – 5:30 P.M.

 

Aspiring authors, attend a workshop by local Clermont author Jack Castle on how to publish your own book.

“Bloom with a Book” Canned Food & Photo Drive – Saturday, April 27 | 9:30 A.M. to 12 P.M.

Professional photographers, Kendall Grose Photography and Ashley Danielle Photography, will be at Cooper Memorial Library to run a canned food/photo drive! Bring in one canned good per child and receive one free professional photo.

This program is for school-aged children, ages 4 and up. Space is limited so registration is recommended.
