Pig on the Pond Community Festival is returning to Clermont’s Waterfront Park from October 11-13, 2024. This family-friendly weekend promises a host of exciting activities, including BBQ competitions, junior grillmasters, live music, food trucks, carnival rides, and much more!

Hosted by Project Scholars, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Pig on the Pond is the largest event in south Lake County, drawing an impressive attendance of over 20,000 people. This three-day festival not only offers fun and entertainment but also aims to make a significant impact by raising funds for college scholarships for deserving local students.

With the rising costs of higher education, many talented young people face the difficult choice between incurring heavy student loan debts or forgoing their dreams of a college education. The Pig on the Pond Festival has stepped in to alleviate this burden, providing over $400,000 in scholarships to South Lake County students. This initiative is made possible by a supportive community that comes together each year to enjoy the festivities and contribute to a worthy cause.

In addition to the BBQ competitions and live music, attendees can look forward to a vibrant carnival, a dedicated kids zone, spectacular fireworks, and dozens of sponsored activities. The event is a perfect blend of fun and philanthropy, making Clermont a festival destination.

Mark your calendars and support local students while enjoying a fantastic family-friendly event. See you at Pig on the Pond 2024!
