The Lake Minneola High School Theatre Department “Birds of Play” is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of “Six: The Musical – Teen Edition,” a reimagined pop musical that has taken the theater world by storm! With high-energy music, a bold retelling of history, and powerful performances by local students, this production is set to captivate audiences of all ages.

“Six: The Musical” gives a modern twist to the lives of the six wives of Henry VIII, bringing these historical figures to life as pop divas. Each queen tells her story in her unique musical style, blending heartbreak and humor to create a dazzling portrait of strength and resilience. With hit songs and infectious energy, the show has quickly become a global sensation, celebrated for its empowering message and infectious energy.

**About the Show**  
The “Teen Edition” of “Six” is specially adapted for young performers and audiences, offering all the excitement of the original show while being appropriate for all ages. This version allows students to shine, performing iconic numbers such as “Ex-Wives,” “Don’t Lose Ur Head,” and “Get Down,” each capturing the humor, heartache, and triumphs of the six queens.

Performances will take place on:
– Thursday, November 21 at 7:00 PM
– Friday, November 22 at 7:00 PM
– Saturday, November 23 at 7:00 PM

All performances will be held at the Lake Minneola High School Auditorium. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. Seating is limited, so be sure to secure your tickets early!
