GP Construction, located at 889 E. Anderson Rd. in Groveland, celebrated its business success with family and friends. The South Lake Chamber of Commerce officiated at a ribbon cutting to celebrate the festive occasion and the grand opening of GP Construction’s executive offices for lease.

GP Construction was founded by Paul Gaynor and Jeff Paynter, as a local family-owned business rooted in a decades-long friendship that began at East Ridge High School, where the duo bonded over football.  Graduating as part of the inaugural class, they honed their construction skills while working together at Jeff Paynter’s father’s construction company.

With a solid foundation, GP Construction has thrived undertaking diverse projects for clients such as Orlando Health, South Lake Hospital, Montverde Academy, Ruby Tuesdays, North American Mining, and Reliable Carriers.
