The Kiwanis Club of Clermont remains dedicated to supporting Building Blocks Ministries, Inc. (BBM) and its long-standing programs, including the club-sponsored Kiwanis Aktion Club.

During a recent gathering, Kiwanis Club members expressed their gratitude to Paula Whetho and Jillian Powell for their unwavering commitment to the Special Needs Community. Their efforts in providing essential resources, education, and opportunities for individuals with special needs have made a lasting impact in South Lake County.

The Kiwanis Aktion Club, an inclusive service leadership program, empowers individuals with disabilities to develop leadership skills, engage in community service, and build meaningful connections. The club’s ongoing collaboration with BBM ensures that participants continue to thrive and contribute positively to the community.

Through its mission of “Serving the Children of the World,” the Kiwanis Club of Clermont continues to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
