Downtown Clermont’s Art Walk has welcomed an exciting new addition with the reopening of Teamont Boba in a fresh location. Now situated at 756 W Montrose St., Teamont Boba marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce.

The popular boba tea shop has moved into the space formerly occupied by Black Bear Kitchen, which has also undergone a transformation. Black Bear Kitchen has rebranded and relocated next to Teamont Boba at 756 W Montrose St., Suite 102.

Black Bear Pourhouse, celebrating its newly renovated space, also held a ribbon-cutting event with the South Lake Chamber of Commerce. While the name and location have evolved, the eatery continues to serve its beloved menu of BBQ brisket, pulled pork, fried green tomatoes, and other comfort food favorites. The new space offers a welcoming atmosphere with outdoor seating, TVs, and Wi-Fi, making it a perfect spot for casual dining and relaxation.

With these exciting changes, both Teamont Boba and BB Pourhouse are set to bring even more vibrancy to Downtown Clermont’s Art Walk. Stop by to enjoy a refreshing boba tea or a hearty meal while soaking in the charm of the area.
