Food is more than a meal. Nutrition fuels children in school, individuals at work and seniors to thrive.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida not only works with a network of more than 870 community feeding partners to provide access to healthy options, but its Nutrition Education Program inspires and engages neighbors across its seven-county service area to incorporate more nutritious foods into their diet, adopt an active lifestyle, prevent chronic disease, manage a healthy weight and improve their quality of life.
Morgan is Second Harvest’s Nutrition Educator in Lake County. She enjoys helping participants become more informed consumers so they can make healthier choices at the grocery store.
