Clermont Woman’s Club  President, Patty Miller,  thanked the Ladies Auxilliary of the William A.  Suggs Memorial VFW Post 5277 Clermont for their donation to the “Flight to Honor” campaign. 
 
“Flight to Honor” is a program that assists in arranging flights to Washington D. C. for female veterans to tour the capital and as thank you for their service.  Greater Florida Woman’s Club President, Sara Dessureau, hopes to raise $150,000.00 to cover the costs for the flight and attendees.
 
The Clermont Woman’s Club was chartered in 1927.  It is a non-profit organization that meets on the first Tuesday of each month (September through May) at 12:30pm at their clubhouse, 655 W. Broome Street, Clermont.  For information see http://www.clermontwomansclub.org.
