Forty-eight members of the South Lake High School Eagle Football Team recently traveled across the Carolinas and Georgia on their annual college football bus tour. This exciting journey gave student-athletes the opportunity to visit several prestigious universities and get a first-hand look at collegiate athletic programs and campus life.
During the week-long trip, the team visited Mercer University, The Citadel, Clemson University, Charleston Southern University, Anderson University, Furman University, and the University of South Carolina.
One of the highlights of the trip was meeting Clemson Head Football Coach Dabo Swinney following a team workout session. Pictured above are the Eagle players and coaching staff alongside Coach Swinney, capturing a memorable moment from their visit.
