The School of Rock Clermont celebrated its grand opening on Friday, June 7, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new location, 752 W. Montrose Street in Downtown Clermont. Members of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce were on hand to officially welcome the innovative music school to the community.

School of Rock Clermont brings a fresh and engaging approach to music education, offering lessons in guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, and vocals. What sets the program apart is its focus on performance-based learning, where students not only receive instruction from expert musicians but also rehearse and perform in bands. This hands-on method builds both skill and confidence, allowing students to thrive musically while learning the value of collaboration.

Students from School of Rock Clermont will showcase their talents at community events and local venues, becoming an active part of the area’s vibrant arts scene.
