For the first time in program history, a Montverde Academy softball player has been recognized on the national stage by MaxPreps.
Recent graduate Danika Spinogatti has been named a MaxPreps All-American Honorable Mention for the 2025 high school softball season, capping off an incredible high school career with one of the highest honors in high school softball.
During her senior season, Spinogatti was a force at the plate, finishing with a .481 batting average, 7 home runs, 37 RBIs, and an impressive 1.472 OPS. Her consistent production and leadership helped guide the Eagles to another successful season.
She leaves Montverde Academy as the program’s all-time leader in four major categories:
- RBIs: 116
- Doubles: 34
- Home Runs: 15
- Walks: 91
Spinogatti will continue her academic and athletic career at Florida State University, joining one of the top collegiate softball programs in the country.
