White Castle celebrated the grand opening of its second freestanding Castle in Florida on August 12. The new 3,220-square-foot restaurant, located at 4551 Collina Terrace in Plaza Collina (at SR 50 and Plaza Collina Blvd.), features indoor seating for 42 guests, outdoor seating for 14, and two drive-through lanes where team members deliver orders directly to cars.
White Castle welcomed hundreds of enthusiastic Cravers with Sliders, swag, and smiles.
As part of its commitment to its new home, White Castle presented a $5,000 donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida / South Lake County. Jamie Merrill, President & CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, expressed gratitude:
“We are incredibly grateful to White Castle for their meaningful investment in the future of our community’s youth. Their commitment to building thriving communities aligns perfectly with our mission to empower young people to reach their full potential. This partnership marks an exciting chapter, and we look forward to continuing our work together to create lasting opportunities and positive impact for the thousands of families we serve.”

In addition to the new Clermont Castle, White Castle operates an inline restaurant behind the Orlando Castle, designed exclusively for delivery and grab-and-go orders.
A third freestanding location is already planned for Kissimmee’s Old Town Entertainment District.
The Clermont Castle showcases Craver-focused features, including hospitality doors in the drive-through lanes for direct carside service. Guests can dine in, take out, or enjoy drive-through convenience. The restaurant is open daily from 7 am to 3 am, with plans to transition to 24/7 operations in the near future.
Currently, White Castle is running its “Night Castle” summer campaign, a celebration of the brand’s iconic late-night reputation. The campaign includes a special merchandise line and exclusive deals after 8 pm for Craver Nation members.
