The pantry shelves at New Beginnings of Central Florida are nearly empty, and local families are in urgent need of support. Community members are being asked to step forward and help refill the shelves with essential food items.

Staple items such as cereal, spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, soup, canned beans, canned vegetables, applesauce cups, and oatmeal are in especially high demand right now. These simple, everyday foods can make a big difference for neighbors facing hunger.

Donations can be dropped off at the New Beginnings Thrift Store, 415 Citrus Tower Blvd., Clermont, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

By contributing even a few items, residents can help ensure no one in South Lake goes without a meal. Every can, box, and bag of food helps strengthen the safety net for struggling families.
