Every booking not only unlocks a well-equipped space but also supports Dreamplex’s core mission of serving children and adults with disabilities and special needs.

Versatile Venue Options
CFD offers a selection of rental venues, each tailored for a specific type of gathering:
- Dreamplex Play Zone – A high-energy setting ideal for children’s birthday parties, team outings, or family celebrations. Includes exclusive use of gym-and-play equipment (rock wall, trampoline, foam pit, beams), two dedicated party hosts, table/linen options, and refreshments. Capacity up to 20 children and 50 total attendees.
- The Friendship Place – A relaxed indoor space built for social connection: baby showers, graduations, family reunions, club meetings, or community events. Includes food‐prep counters, tables/chairs, linens, two hosts, and flexibility for décor and catering. Capacity up to 50 guests.
- Combined Rental – The best of both zones: an hour of active play in the Play Zone followed by an hour of food/social time in the Friendship Place, with the same support structure and capacity.
- Media Room – A dedicated workspace for business meetings, training sessions, workshops, or community education. Includes TV with HDMI hookups, tables/chairs, linens, one dedicated host, and access to the Friendship Place for breakout/refreshment space. Capacity up to 20 people.
Affordable & Flexible Rentals
Rates start as follows (2-hour minimum):
- Play Zone: From $250 for 2 hours
- Friendship Place: From $250, with a weekday discount available
- Combined Rental: From $300 for 2 hours
- Media Room: From $200 for 2 hours, with weekday discount
Each rental includes a 30-minute setup period, optional half-hour extensions, water/lemonade service, and the ability to bring in decorations, catering (depending on the room), and entertainment to personalize the experience.

Booking & Location
Reservations can be made via CFD’s online booking system, where clients choose their room, date/time, set-up preferences, and any upgrades. Rentals must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
