The South Lake Chamber of Commerce has announced Savanna Ineichen of Real Life Christian Academy as this month’s recipient of the Ray Goodgame Outstanding Student Leader Award. The honor was sponsored and presented by Gary Schindele of Paladin Healthcare.
The Ray Goodgame Outstanding Student Leader Award recognizes exceptional young people in the South Lake area who demonstrate academic excellence, exemplary character, and a strong commitment to community service. Savanna embodies these qualities and more.
With an impressive 4.48 GPA, Savanna has excelled academically, earning recognition as both an AP Scholar and AP Scholar with Honor, as well as being named the Lake County History Day Overall Winner – Senior Division. Her academic accomplishments reflect her drive, discipline, and passion for learning.
Savanna’s leadership extends across her school campus. She serves as Student Council President and National Honor Society President, where she has spearheaded initiatives that strengthen school spirit, increase student involvement, support local organizations, and create new opportunities for her peers. She is also an active member of Key Club, participating in a variety of community events including Dancing Under the Stars and Light Up Clermont.
Her commitment to service and leadership is equally evident outside student government. As an Athletics Social Media Intern, Savanna has produced professional content promoting school athletics. She also volunteers as an Elementary School Intern, assisting teachers and supporting young students with patience, enthusiasm, and compassion.
Beyond her academic and volunteer commitments, Savanna has spent nearly four years working at Green Mountain Pizza, where she has developed strong communication skills and built lasting relationships with long-standing members of the Clermont community.
Savanna’s future plans reflect her ambition and dedication. She intends to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Economics at either Florida State University or Auburn University, followed by law school at New York University. Her long-term goal is to become a corporate lawyer in New York City, advocating for fairness and integrity in the business world.
The South Lake Tablet congratulates Savanna Ineichen, the well-deserving recipient of the $1,000 Ray Goodgame Outstanding Student Leader Scholarship.
