Downtown Clermont shimmered with holiday cheer on Saturday, December 6, as thousands of residents and visitors lined the streets for the city’s spectacular annual Christmas parade. Under sunny morning skies, the celebration kicked off at 10 am, instantly filling the historic district with music, laughter, and the unmistakable magic of the season.
This year’s parade rolled out an unforgettable lineup of brightly decorated floats, each one more creative than the last. From winter wonderlands and candy-themed creations to hometown tributes decked in twinkling lights, spectators were treated to a delightful display of holiday imagination. Holiday dancers, donned in glittering costumes, brought extra sparkle with their high-energy performances, while several marching bands filled the air with classic carols and festive rhythms.
But the moment that truly stole the show—and the hearts of the youngest parade-goers—was the grand arrival of Santa Claus and Mrs Claus. Riding high atop their gleaming red sleigh, Santa and Mrs Claus waved to the cheering crowds, spreading joy to children and adults who eagerly awaited their appearance.

The parade once again proved why it remains one of Clermont’s most treasured traditions, ushering in the holiday season with fun, community spirit, and plenty of Christmas magic.
