The Neighborhood Center of South Lake is pleased to announce Mike Farrar, Jill Ganley and Tina Smith have joined its Board of Directors.
Mike Farrar is co-owner and president of Invictus Construction, a company committed to building with excellence and integrity. With more than two decades of experience in large-scale commercial construction and development, from co-generation power plants to higher education campuses, Mike has led design-build teams, coordinated with municipalities, and ensured project success. He later served as Director of Construction & Development for a major hospitality brand, overseeing projects across the United States, the Bahamas, and Aruba. This experience proved invaluable, giving him direct oversight of design teams and deepening his expertise in planning and execution. Recognized for his ability to bring clarity to complex projects, Mike has mentored small and minority-owned subcontractors, supporting their growth and long-term success. He brings to the Board practical expertise in facilities planning, project coordination, and construction management.
Jill Ganley is an accomplished and results-driven marketing executive with over 25 years of success in strategic marketing, event production, and sponsorship sales across the sports, tourism, wellness, and entertainment industries.
As the President of Everly Marketing & Events, she provides full-service marketing direction and strategic planning, helping clients like Dash Sports become a local fitness powerhouse through targeted campaigns and community engagement. Jill also served as an embedded community relations and marketing specialist for Advent Health’s entry into the South Lake market, managing over 30 event activations per year.
Jill’s career is defined by driving significant, quantifiable results and instrumental in the financial success of Montverde Academy, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, SeaWorld/Busch Gardens and the opening of LEGOLAND Florida. In addition to her work Jill is a respected community leader who currently serves on the Board of the Community Foundation of South Lake .
Tina M. Smith, a Florida native born in Leesburg and raised in Central Florida, developed a passion for helping others early in life through volunteering. This led her to a career in law, earning her B.S. from the University of Central Florida and J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law.
She began as an Assistant State Attorney but sought deeper client relationships. Her broad experience now encompasses residential and commercial real estate, title claims, foreclosures, land use, construction disputes, landlord-tenant issues, HOA/Condo Associations, estate planning, probate, and business transactions.
At Smith Campbell PA, Tina is the lead attorney for the Real Estate Department, handling all residential and commercial closings. She also focuses on assisting clients with business formation. A member of several Florida Bar Association sections, including Real Property Probate & Trust Law, Tina is known for her compassion, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. She also volunteers with the children’s organization, Dreamflight.
