Seniors Linebackers Tyson Williams and Chase Coello host the Cure Bowl Trophy}

Lake County made it three years in a row, defeating Osceola County 31–28 in the Cure Bowl this past Saturday. Jesse Barker Jr. was named Defensive MVP, while Malik Holman scored a touchdown behind strong blocking from Blayton Rush and Christian Taylor.

On defense, Barker was joined by standout performances from Tyson Williams, Chase Coella, Murphy Connelly, and Isaiah Desir.

All proceeds from the Cure Classic benefit the fight against cancer. Ten players from South Lake High School represented their school in the game.
