Pam Schmitz, Clermont Woman’s Club
The January meeting of the Clermont Woman’s Club was dedicated to our Arts and Crafts Committee and our club members. Members were invited to submit their arts and crafts in multiple categories and were judged by an independent judge. Winners will go on to the District 7 Contest in February and winners from there go on to state competition. Congratulations to all the entries! We have some very talented and inventive members. Displaying her 1st Place entry is CWC member, Gloria Rose, who submitted a needlepoint of Santa.
The Clermont Woman’s Club was chartered in 1927. It is a non-profit organization that meets on the first Tuesday of each month (September through May) at 12:30 pm at their clubhouse, 655 W. Broome Street, Clermont. For information see http://www.clermontwomansclub.org
