Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand CAVA is in discussions to open a new location in Clermont, taking over the Ruby Tuesday site, as reported by the Orlando Business Journal. The new restaurant will bring CAVA’s popular customizable bowls, pitas, and fresh, health-forward menu options and include a drive-thru to the growing South Lake County community.

The new restaurant is expected to create a number of local jobs and contribute to the continued economic growth of the area. Its arrival reflects Clermont’s ongoing development and increasing demand for diverse dining options.

Construction and renovations at the Ruby Tuesday property are anticipated to begin soon, with an opening date to be announced in the coming months.
