A spirit of compassion and community filled the air as I AM A SAFE PLACE celebrated its 3-year anniversary with a special ribbon cutting ceremony officiated by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce. Located at 441 S. Main Ave. in Groveland, the organization welcomed chamber members, supporters, and local residents to commemorate this meaningful milestone.
Over the past three years, I AM A SAFE PLACE has become a beacon of hope for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. Through its outreach programs, advocacy, and compassionate care, the organization provides a safe, supportive environment where people can find both resources and encouragement. Their continued commitment has made a lasting and meaningful impact throughout the South Lake community.
One of the organization’s most impactful initiatives is its Clothes Closet, which offers essential clothing and basic necessities to those in need. Community members are encouraged to visit the Groveland location and support this mission by donating items, helping ensure that individuals and families have access to everyday essentials.
The anniversary celebration not only honored the organization’s accomplishments but also highlighted its vision for the future. With strong community support and a passion for service, I AM A SAFE PLACE is well-positioned to continue expanding its reach and impact.
Congratulations to I AM A SAFE PLACE on three years of growth, service, and positive change. The Groveland community is stronger because of your dedication, and there is no doubt that many more lives will be touched in the years ahead.
