Kai Kai BBQ & Dumplings, an award-winning Cantonese barbecue and handcrafted dim sum, will open its second location later this summer inside Crooked Can Brewing Company‘s highly anticipated City Center Market in Minneola. The restaurant’s original location at Mills Market (1110 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando) has earned recognition in the MICHELIN Guide in both 2025 and 2026.

Kai Kai joins a growing roster of locally owned businesses opening within City Center Market, a more than 40,000-square-foot destination featuring over a dozen food vendors, craft beer, live entertainment, outdoor gathering spaces, and family-friendly amenities. The market serves as the centerpiece of the 96-acre Hills City Center development, a visionary project designed to support local entrepreneurs while creating a vibrant community gathering place for residents and visitors throughout Lake County and Central Florida.
