“Voting is a way for American citizens to express their choices and opinions. Today, in exercising their right to vote, the voice of thousands of Lake Countians was heard by candidates and community leaders. What a privilege we have through the power of voting. I would like to thank each voter who took the time to vote whether by mail or in-person voting. I encourage others to discover the power of voting and exercise their right to vote in the upcoming General Election on November 5th” said Alan Hays, Supervisor of Elections. “Contributing to the success of the administration of the 2024 Primary were hundreds of Election Workers that took time from their personal lives to serve the voting community. Their commitment is unsurpassed and appreciated by my office” commented Hays.

Lake Countians with election-related questions are encouraged to reach out to the Lake County Supervisor of Elections Office by phone at 352-343-9734, online at LakeVotes.gov or in person at 1898 E. Burleigh Blvd., in Tavares.
