The City of Groveland has announced the appointment of Michelle Michnoff as its first-ever Chief Operating Officer, marking a significant step in strengthening municipal operations and enhancing service delivery for residents.

Michnoff brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, along with a strong background in organizational management and operational excellence. In her new role, she will oversee several key internal service departments, including Finance, Budget, Utility Billing, Procurement, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
