Our Lower School Grandparents Day was filled with joy, pride, and plenty of applause as grandparents gathered to celebrate their Lower School Eagles. The morning began with warm opening remarks from Lower School Dean Ms. Meristell Shackelford and Head of School Mr. Jon Hopman, who shared their gratitude for the generations of support that make our community so strong.

Grandparents were treated to wonderful performances by our talented Lower School Eaglet Orchestra, Cheer Club, and Choir. Each class also took the stage, showcasing their hard work, confidence, and creativity. From music and movement to heartfelt words, our students truly shined!

A heartfelt thank-you to our incredible Parents’ Association and to all of the student, parent, faculty, and staff volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make this celebration so memorable. Your dedication and teamwork brought this beautiful tradition to life.

We are so grateful to the grandparents and special guests who joined us — thank you for being such an important part of the Montverde Academy community!
