From heartfelt tributes to roaring motorcycle escorts and a historic helicopter display, this special weekend promises to bring the community together in remembrance of the brave men and women who served during the Vietnam War.
The Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall will arrive in Clermont on Saturday, May 23, 2026, with an inspiring escort procession traveling through the city before the wall is installed at the Clermont Arts and Recreation Center, located at 3700 S. Hwy. 27.
Residents are encouraged to wave flags, line the streets, and help welcome the wall as it makes its way from Home Depot on Highway 50 to the Arts & Recreation Center. The moving procession, led by the Patriot Guard Riders, is expected to be one of the most memorable moments of the holiday weekend.
In addition to the memorial wall, visitors will also have the opportunity to experience an impressive Loach Helicopter display, giving attendees a closer look at a piece of military history.
