A new dining experience has arrived in Clermont as Shin Sushi prepares to welcome guests to its newest location at 2475 S. U.S. Highway 27, the former home of Good Town Buffet.
The restaurant space has seen several transformations over the years, beginning as a Red Lobster before becoming Good Town Buffet. Now, the property enters its latest chapter as Shin Sushi, an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant offering a wide selection of sushi and other Asian-inspired favorites.
Shin Sushi had a quick turnaround for the location. Owners worked quickly to convert the former buffet restaurant into their newest dining destination while making use of much of the existing dining room layout.
The opening brings the popular all-you-can-eat sushi concept to a highly visible location along U.S. Highway 27.
