For more than two decades, Brandon and Andi Moss have built one of Florida’s most respected names in artisan frozen desserts. Now, alongside restaurant industry veteran Christopher Buxton, the Moss family is bringing that expertise directly to consumers with the launch of Scooped & Stuffed, a new dessert concept that will soon open in Clermont at 755 W Minneola Ave., Clermont, formerly The WAVE.

The new venture combines Muse Gelato’s all-natural, made-from-scratch products with Buxton’s extensive experience building successful restaurant brands throughout Central Florida. The result is a dessert destination designed to turn every visit into an experience.

Muse Gelato has spent more than 20 years crafting small-batch frozen desserts using premium ingredients and traditional techniques.

Guests can indulge in the shop’s signature “Stuffed Everything” offerings—fresh-baked cookies, brownies, and pies served warm from the oven, topped with scoops of Muse Gelato and finished with decadent toppings. The desserts are intentionally soft, gooey, and oversized, creating a comforting, nostalgic experience elevated by premium ingredients.

Another standout is the Colossal Stuffed Cannoli, a larger-than-life take on the classic Italian favorite. Each cannoli is handcrafted, filled to order, and finished with creative toppings and fillings that transform the traditional pastry into a show-stopping dessert centerpiece.

For groups and celebrations, Shareable Dessert Trays bringis together multiple desserts and toppings into one indulgent spread. Guests can also pair their treats with the shop’s growing selection of Dirty Sodas, a playful and customizable beverage trend that has become a favorite among younger consumers.

Years ago, a weathered 1966 Airstream trailer sat abandoned on a fern farm in Umatilla, slowly deteriorating beneath an old oak tree. Most would have seen scrap metal.

The vintage trailer was rescued, stripped down to its frame, and painstakingly restored over seven months. Today, the gleaming aluminum icon has been transformed into the heart of Scooped & Stuffed and proudly serves as the first retail home of Muse Gelato.

Stationed in Clermont’s Historic Downtown Arts District, the restored Airstream represents both the company’s heritage and its future—a classic piece of American craftsmanship reborn as a destination for handcrafted desserts.

With a twenty-year foundation in artisanal gelato, a distinctive menu unlike anything else in the market, and a beautifully restored piece of history serving as its flagship location, Scooped & Stuffed is poised to become one of Central Florida’s sweetest new destinations.

For Brandon and Andi Moss, it is the next chapter in a family legacy. For Christopher Buxton, it is an opportunity to help shape a fresh and innovative hospitality brand. And for dessert lovers, it is a chance to discover what happens when warm, gooey comfort meets handcrafted gelato perfection.
