Central Florida Dreamplex has been awarded $15,640 through the Orlando Health Community Grant Program for the 2026–2027 grant year. The funding will support the organization’s Speech Therapy Feeding Program Support Initiative, strengthening specialized feeding therapy services for children with disabilities, special needs, and developmental challenges throughout Central Florida.
This award marks a milestone for Dreamplex as the organization continues expanding its relationships with healthcare institutions and community partners committed to improving the lives of individuals with all disabilities.
Feeding challenges can affect a child’s daily routines and a family’s experience at mealtimes. Specialized feeding therapy helps children practice feeding skills and provides support tailored to their individual needs.
“This partnership with Orlando Health represents so much more than financial support,” said Cameron Gomes, CEO of Central Florida Dreamplex. “It reflects a shared commitment to helping our children overcome barriers, develop independence, and experience a better quality of life. We are incredibly grateful that Orlando Health recognizes the importance of these specialized services and is investing in the families who depend on them.”
For Dreamplex, the award also represents continued progress in strengthening the organization’s relationships within Central Florida’s healthcare and philanthropic communities.
Central Florida Dreamplex extends its appreciation to Orlando Health for supporting specialized feeding therapy through the Orlando Health Community Grant Program and investing in children, teens, and families throughout the region.
