Beta Theta, a chapter of ESA, is a service organization that has been helping meet the needs of the South Lake Community since 1979. This year Mike Conley Cornerstone Hospice was identified by Beta Theta for the importance of its work in the community.
Mike Conley House has been serving patients and their families in south Lake County and the surrounding areas since 2007. It provides comfort and care to Central Florida families experiencing life-limiting illnesses.
Beta Theta members Barb Henry and Joan Kyle presented a contribution to Hospice on behalf of its members.
Beta Theta holds its annual Mardi Gras fundraiser with all proceeds going to local high school scholarships and community aid organizations. This year’s event raised more than $17,000.
