Jeremy and Dana Wiseman, owners of Wiseman’s Gourmet Popcorn, located at 763 W. Montrose St., Clermont love popcorn. In fact, they have a passion for popcorn.
They had a gourmet popcorn bar at their wedding and have been popping corn ever since. What started as a hobby, turned into a business.
For fun, the couple started making and flavoring their own popcorn out of a small air popper and bringing their creations to work and parties for others to try. It took them a year and a half of practice to perfect several flavors, find good, airtight packaging and officially begin operation as a business.
Now, they are creating new flavors each month and getting to interact with customers at markets and see their reactions to their sour, sweet, spicy, savory, and cheesy flavors.
