Rocker Realty of Clermont is currently celebrating its Grand Reopening. The Real Estate Office has been specializing in sales and property management in South Lake since 1972.

Emily Phillips has become the new lead broker and property manager at Rocker Realty. Emily, a life-long resident of Clermont, is very familiar with the South Lake area. She graduated from South Lake High School in 1999 and attended Lake Sumter, before going into real estate full-time.

Philips is the family’s third-generation broker and property manager.  Her grandparents, John and Mary Rocker, started the Clermont real estate business in 1972. Her mom, Janet Cox, took over the business in 1999 when John and Mary retired. Now that Janet has retired, it’s Emily’s turn to proudly assist those in need of a knowledgeable realtor.

Broker Phillips specializes in property management. She is assisted by Realtor Tracy Summers, a buyer’s, listing, and leasing agent.
