God is about to do something awesome at First United Methodist Church Of Clermont (FUMC) of Clermont! Join us on Friday, June 25th at 6:00 pm for an amazing free Christian outdoor concert and the chance to be in the Break Every Chain music video being filmed at the Church. Free food/drinks will be available at 5 pm while supplies last.
Emmy award-winning Christian singer and film producer, Steph Carse, has created a documentary video to share with the world on how to get freed from struggles such as addictions, sex trafficking, depression, suicide, and cyber-bullying, just to name a few. Carse’s new song “Break Every Chain” will be featured in the documentary and the ending will be filmed in the parking lot at FUMC of Clermont. The community is invited to come and enjoy a free concert, free food, and be a part of the crowd effect in the video. The video is also a means to provide 800 numbers for suicide hotline, CR locations, and even just how to get connected to a church anywhere in the world.
Celebrate Recovery at FUMC is honored to host the concert and video filming and invites the community to join us! The event will take place in the Wesley Center North Outdoor Parking Lot at 715 W Juniata Street, Clermont (in beautiful downtown Clermont). There will be powerful life-changing testimonials and a Christian music concert. The event provides an opportunity for our community to experience the love of Jesus and also connect with help and resources to find freedom from the chains that sometimes bind us in life. The concert entitled “You Are Not Alone” drives home the message that You Matter and You Are Loved! Come on out and enjoy this unique opportunity! Bring a folding chair for your comfort. By attending this concert, you give your permission to be recorded for a music video that will air all over the world.
Celebrate Recovery normally meets weekly on Thursdays at FUMC Clermont, starting with dinner at 5:30 pm, large group worship at 7 pm, small confidential, gender-specific groups at 8 pm, and coffee & snacks at 9 pm. Middle and high school students are welcome to join us at “The Landing,” and younger children can attend “Celebration Place.” For more information on Celebrate Recovery, visit our website at www.fumc-clermont.org
